Payment Method

All payments are to be processed via Google Check out (a secure, free to use system). In the event of an item being out of stock we reserve the right to offer a full refund or comparable goods at our absolute discretion.

Postage and Packaging

Prices are UK deliveries only. For any international orders, please contact us for the correct P&P. We endeavour to ship all orders within 5 working days of receiving a cleared payment, but please allow up to 28 working days for your shipment to arrive

Returns
Return within 7 days in original unused condition for a refund minus any shipping charges. No goods and/or materials may be returned without previous approval from Manchester Medical Services Limited. No claim for damages or discrepancies in delivery will be considered unless immediate notice is given to us, as soon as goods are received. We reserve the right to charge for carriage plus 5% handling charge for all returns and on all consignments entered for delivery, which are refused.
