Cycle Response Unit

Manchester Medical Services are please to have taken delivery of two mountain bike response cycles to form their new bike unit, these cycles will soon be out on the roads and events in an around the North West and should become a regular sight.

Haigh Hall Fireworks

This years annual bonfire and fireworks event at Haigh Hall welcomed Manchester Medical Services for the first time.

Drawing on our expertise and excellent working relationship with the health and safety management team Manchester Medical Services were asked to provide cover for 2,500 guests who braved the cold to watch the spectacular fireworks and try to keep warm around the bonfire.

Salford City Council

Manchester Medical Services have recently been appointed as one of Salford City Councils newest event medical providers.

The city of Salford covers 37 square miles and the five districts of Salford, Eccles, Worsley, Irlam & Cadishead, and Swinton & Pendlebury. Some 220,000 people are proud to call Salford their home and there are numerous events on offer for them to enjoy provided by the council’s major events planning team.

Manchester Pride

The 2008 August Bank holiday weekend (22nd to 25th August) saw Manchester Medical Services go into overdrive to provide full medical cover for the 2008 Manchester Pride festival.  Manchester Pride is Manchester’s annual Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) festival, which takes place in around the Village area of Manchester City centre, one of the largest of its type in Europe and attracts tens of thousands of visitors from around the world over the course of the weekend
